Successful helpers enjoy being active, working outdoors, and supporting the driver safely and efficiently completing daily routes.We welcome team players who want to grow with CALMR Logistics — military veterans are encouraged to apply!Job DescriptionAssist the delivery driver with loading, unloading, and delivering packages to customersDeliver packages to up to the 6th floor, including carrying items upstairs when requiredLift and move packages up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shiftUse a hand truck or dolly safely and efficiently, including on stairsSupport the driver with navigating, scanning, and updating delivery data on smart devices (cell phone or iPad)Follow all local and state laws, road safety rules, and company delivery protocolsMaintain a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service in all interactionsWork safely in all weather conditions and adapt to changing routes or delivery environmentsCommunicate effectively with the dispatch and driver team to ensure timely and accurate deliveriesQualificationsMust be 18 years or olderMust be able to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50 lbs.Must be able to work weekends (Saturday, Sunday, or both)Ability to follow directions, stay focused, and work efficientlyMust be comfortable using smart devices (smartphone or tablet)Reliable, punctual, and a positive team playerPrevious delivery or logistics experience preferred but not requiredAdditional InformationAs CALMR Logistics continues to expand, supervisory and leadership roles will become availableOn-the-job training and performance-based advancementWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
