Role Description The Marketing Director is a full-time, on-site role located in Surprise, AZ, responsible for leading all marketing initiatives for Rio Mirage Cafe Corporation. This role oversees the development and execution of marketing plans that drive brand visibility, customer traffic, and revenue growth across the restaurant’s locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and managing promotional campaigns, coordinating digital and traditional advertising, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across menus, signage, social media, and local outreach activities. The Marketing Director will analyze customer and market data, collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals, manage vendor and agency relationships, and track campaign performance to optimize future efforts. The role also includes budget management, mentoring marketing staff, and representing the brand at community events and partnerships.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Marketing Management skills to plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive marketing programs.
  • Candidates should possess Market Planning and Market Research skills to identify target audiences, assess trends, and develop data-informed strategies.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and promotional planning skills to support revenue growth and collaboration with restaurant leadership on sales initiatives.
  • Candidates should have experience with digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, local search) and basic analytics tools to measure campaign impact.
  • Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Candidates should have relevant experience in hospitality, restaurant, or consumer-facing industries; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
