Job DescriptionDo you have experience working in Manufacturing, Packing Products off Conveyor lines? If so, WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!!!Pay Range: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour plus a $1.00 Shift Differential paid weeklyShift: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM/ 8:00 PM-8:00 AMSummary: Safely and effectively packs finished goods and prepares product for shipment.Responsibilities:Provides support for the operations team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspect product for defects, and pack finished goods in the correct configuration.Performs quality checks and ensures correct counts on various product sizes and packs items into the appropriate packaging.Makes minor machine adjustments to minimize interruptions and maintain product quality.Replaces adhesive tape in hand tapers and automatic sealing machinery.Ensures that any finished goods or work-in-progress identification labels are present and properly placed.Stacks finished product in the correct configuration, ready for transportation.Maintains good housekeeping and ensures areas of responsibility are safe, clean, and tidy.Promptly informs supervisor of any issues concerning health and safety, hygiene, quality, or efficiency.Follows all company-established rules and policies, adhering to all safety regulations.Completes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.Education and/or Experience:Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred.Ability to work effectively with others as part of a team is essential.Ability to follow standard work instructions is required.Company BenefitsWhat You'll Get From UsWith safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
