· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when processing tickets and customer information.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Proficiency in using reservation systems, ticketing software, and basic office applications.
· Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
· Basic knowledge of airline policies, ticketing procedures, and travel regulations.
· Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
